Characters
Every world ships with a small cast of recognizable roles. Some are seeded; others emerge from the simulation. Each archetype has motivations, a daily rhythm, and lines they will and won’t cross.

Heir · Reluctant power
Born into a faction they didn’t choose. Spends every patrol re-deciding whether to keep the family name or burn it.
Civilian · Memory keeper
Sees everything. Tells almost no one. The reason your worst night follows you for thirty in-game days.
Wanderer · No allegiance
Walks into a town, walks out a week later. Trades news between factions. Often the catalyst for the third-act turn.
Vendor · Economy spine
Holds the prices. Holds the inventory. Holds the line that keeps the economy from collapsing on day three.
