Naturally emergent social behavior.

Agents learn skills by iteratively writing code, then chain individual skills into longer behaviors like building or mastering the game. Once one NPC learns a game or mod, any skill (or chain of skills) can be transferred to others.

The same logic runs socially. Every interaction is a small “contract,” expressed as code. As dynamics grow more complex, contracts chain into longer ones so that alliances, rivalries, governance, ritual, and more can emerge as natural necessities.

Enforce thematic compliance.

Pre-seed your NPCs so that their behavior is constrained for roleplay. Our team works with you to pre-load hard skills, social conventions, and roleplay constraints so the world feels in-character, and from there, drifts as much as you allow.

  • Social: tribal hierarchy, water debts, naming rites, blood feuds
  • Constraints: lore-aware speech, deference to Reverend Mother, recognition of the Kwisatz Haderach

GTA: heists, turf, loyalty, betrayal

  • Hard skills: driving, marksmanship, lockpicking, fencing goods
  • Social: crew hierarchy, debts, snitching costs, territory norms
  • Constraints: street cadence, gang allegiance, code against cooperating with police

Stardew Valley: gentle craft, spirits, slow seasons

  • Hard skills: farming, cooking, mending, foraging, small-engine tinkering
  • Social: neighborly favors, festival roles, respect for elders and forest spirits
